We are leaving EARLY tomorrow morning to drive to Indiana to celebrate Christmas with my family. I am NOT a morning person!!! But I guess I will have to sacrifice in order to get through Atlanta before the traffic gets too bad (although it is always bad!). MapQuest says it is a 10 hour and 59 minute trip. Course that is if you always go the speed limit and don't stop for gas or bathroom breaks. We are praying for good weather. Last year Brian drove it by himself in a blizzard which added an extra 4 hours onto his trip. UGH!! Boy, do I wish we could fly. But when you fly standby, it is impossible to fly around the holidays. Airline perks aren't always what they're cracked up to be. :o)
